Representing business owners, community associations, and consumers with an uncommon focus on our clients' interests

'An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure'

Cornerstone Law Firm represents business owners, community associations, and consumers in Florida and federal courts. As a client-centered firm, we pride ourselves on accessibility. When clients contact our offices, they speak with attorneys, not case managers. We are similarly committed to community, striving to identify and provide individualized solutions for each client, rather than simply filing lawsuits. We also leverage technology to deliver our services as cost-effectively as possible.

At Cornerstone, we reject the antiquated monikers of the legal profession and count ourselves only as advisors and problem-solvers. As advisors, we guide our clients through pivotal decisions and interactions to help them avoid costly legal issues in the future, providing the proverbial — and invaluable — ounce of prevention. As problem-solvers, we bring justice to otherwise unjust situations, assessing our clients' goals and matching those goals with available remedies, which might range from writing a letter to aggressive representation in the courts.

It’s rare to find responsive counsel, someone who will quickly respond to an email or phone call . . . If you’re looking for honest, educated and responsive legal representation I highly recommend using Cornerstone.

My mortgage company sent me incorrect notices, and with Jason’s advice, I was able to quickly sort it out. Jason is extraordinarily resourceful, and his negotiation skills are top notch.
